We've had a couple of huge bead exchanges.
A couple of customers wanted some of our higher end stuff, that hadn't been moving for us, and were willing to trade in an awesome sel6ection of bead strands, loose beads and center pieces. The materials and sizes and shapes are too broad to classify, but if you are looking for something unusual to fill a void, or looking for something to spark your creativity, we have a huge selection of misc and loose beads.
Also, we are usually willing to cut up strands, if we don't have some already cut up, and to high-grade beads for you if you want a specific bead off a strand. Of course, the costs per bead are higher if you want to pick, and some strands the entire price of the strand is in one bead (without that bead, the strand is just unexciting).
Jewelry and beads, especially gemstones, is all about the look and quality. No two strands are a like, no two beads are alike, and every so often, one bead just jumps out at you.
Usually our higher end strands -- the $35 and up -- are ones we'll cut up and let you pick beads. We'll usually make short-strands and matched groups from the rest. Pietersite, Ocean Jasper, Mookite, Laces and more are beads which have unique and very different characters, and one bead may be your dream center piece, while the others are just "beads" to you.
We already have a growing selection of small sets of beads 2-5 beads, or even 4-6" strands. These are perfect for that special need, filling in a missing color or shape, or as the start of something wonderful.
If you haven't been in recently, in the last week or two, you haven't see what we've got!
Also, there are some nice department store quality (not dollar store) beaded and lace necklace and earring sets, chokers and such perfect for spring, dressing up and Easter. We got a great deal on them, and are passing the savings on. Don't miss them. When gone ,they are gone for good.
