Need decent beads down in SA	Can't Post

Hi there

I am typing all the way from Johannesburg South Africa I have recently started making my own jewellery, but find that getting decent centerpieces in here is a real problem they only have metal castings and they are all either animals or star signs?? I have only found 2 places in the whole of South Africa to get beads from and they don't have other center pieces, do you know of any places or people that travel that could help us out here in SA??

When you can't see the things, it's a hard task to pick your beads!

Especially for centerpieces.

We just had a van stop by, and forgot how much fun it is to actually pick through the strands, rather than trusting your suppliers to send you their best.

There are websites you can buy from, and of course Ebay. You can pick and chose, but you'll pay a higher price, of course.

You can always use http://firemountaingems.com to find things you'd like, then search for them from suppliers who will ship or mail to you. (I don't think FMG ships to many places outside the US and Canada).
