Beaded snowflake (Netting) Can't Post

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I wanted to share this simple netted pattern with everyone. Sorry about not having a picture of the finished item, but I'll post it as soon as I locate it in my creative clutter.

1. String 12 clear beads and tie in a ring, sew through 1 bead.

2. String 3 clear, skip 1 bead and sew through the next bead. Repeat 5 more times, then sew through 2 beads of the first loop.

3. String 1 clear, 3 white, 1 clear and sew through the 2nd bead (middle) of the next loop, repeat around and sew through 2 beads (1 clear and 1 white) of the first loop in this round.

4. String 3 clear, skip 1 bead in this loop, sew through next bead, 3 white, sew through 2nd bead of next loop (1st white), continue around and sew through first 2 beads of 1st clear loop in this round.

5. String 3 clear, 2 white, sew though center of next (white) loop, 2 white, 3 clear, sew though center of next loop (clear), repeat around and sew through 2 beads of the first loop in this round.

6. 1 clear, 2 white, skip one bead and sew though the next bead. 1 clear, sew through 2nd bead of next loop, 2 white, 1 clear, jump one dead and sew through next bead, repeat around.

I first made this pattern with some size 11s, it seams like that size or bigger would make good hanging decorations, I used size 15s to make a pair of earrings. This has been my first attempt at making a pattern, so if anyone uses my instructions, please let me know if I need to change anything to make it easier to follow!

enjoy!

Odette
