Beaded 3-D Nemo Clown Fish with tutorial! Can't Post

Hi all,
Any fans of Nemo the clown fish? I made one for myself as a phone
charm, around one inch big. Just finished the free tutorial to share at:

Or just see the photos of the 3-D fishes and sea creatures I made at:

Thanks for looking!

Oh beadangel, I am in such AWE of your work. My little grandson (2 1/2 ) just LOVES Nemo. I would love to be able to make that, but me and written directions just don't get along I'm afraid. :( Some kind of mental block or something? LOL

I've been to your site MANY times and just drool at your beautiful work. When I grow up some day I want to be just like you. Wink

Hi Nancy, thanks, glad you liked the Nemo fish. Have you tried 3-D beading or Right Angle Weave before? If you have not, start with easier projects on the same site, like the beaded 3-D hearts or beaded pearl cross first, I must admit the fish is a bit too difficult for beginners with no 3-D beading experiences.

Cheers! Happy Holidays!

No I haven't tried the 3 D beading. I'm mostly just a brick stitcher. I have a hard time understanding written directions. If I'm shown I pick it right up. I don't know anyone else that beads so I'm afraid my stitching is limited.

Right now I have a lot of orders to get done, probably busy till the end of the year, but I will have to at least try the easier ones. I have a book of 3 D stuff. There's fish and a frog in it that I just LOVE. I bought it in hopes that I would find someone some day that could show me how to do them. The frog I believe is actually a rubber toy frog that the beads are directly sewn on to.
