Wholesale Customers have special needs Can't Post

Wholesale customers, and those making and selling jewelry or beadwork, have special needs that are not the same as the retail or hobby customers.

Check out this message in the announcements area, for some of what our shop is geared to, and contact us with your needs. Better yet, stop by! We are a hands-on shop, and want to deal face to face, and hands-on with our customers needs.

Our first loyalty is to our regular customers. Those who are in regularly, and buy from us. It makes sense. They keep us in business, and we'll do our best to keep THEM in business.

Those of you who do use us, know that when you have a problem, or an emergency need, we are there, and we don't take advantage of it. It's part of the perks, or benefits of being a regular customer.

There are a few in town, who only come in when they need something, in an emergency, and they always complain our prices are too high, and tell us they shop on-line. OH well! :) There's a reason they pay retail price!

It goes back to the whole issue of why do people complain there are no bead shops in town, then when there are, they complain they are too expensive, and shop on-line. It's a self-fullfilling outlook.

There is a cost to being able to put your hands on the beads, match the colors directly, and pick them up NOW, as opposed to sending of an email to someone for something you saw on the screen, and getting something "like it" back a few days later.

If you can run your designer business sight-un-seen through the mail, more power to you. But, if you need to see what you are buying, so you know exactly what you are getting, we can help.

And, especially with gemstones, unless the strands are higher end, and they picture them individually, you are not getting that beautiful strand you saw, but one "like it." We can show you how when we order 10 or 12 or 40 strands of something, they are all different. Some are nicer than others, others are down right ugly or defective. The average mail order house packs them all up the same, and you take your chances. Sometimes you'll get a better strand, other times (most often) you'll get a less good strand than what was in the picture.

Visitors to our shop know we price all our strands individually. If one strand is better, you'll pay more for it. If 3 strands are sub-standard, you might not even see them, but if you do, they'll be priced accordingly -- even below wholesale.

We try to give you EXACTLY what you think you are paying for. IT's not first come, first serve, on the "good stuff." Well, it is, but it's not at the same price :) The good stuff always goes first, but it's priced accordingly.

We love our rocks! They are all different to us, and we are aware of the subtle differences that can make one strand worth far more than another. We can pick out good/bad beads on expensive strands, and average the costs over the whole strand. We also can remove those beads to give you a better price, or sell just those beads. We are flexible.

But it's a two way street. We support those who support us. We are a _RETAIL_ shop, but we are willing and happy to do wholesale, and can often beat prices or get better quality in than you could get on your own. We can distribute shipping charges over our own orders, so you save on that as well.

Stop by... shop with us. You'll be surprised.
