We've been short of computer power for the past year or so, but with the shop rearrangement, we hope to have a set up where we'll again be answering your emails and forum posts in real time.
While we don't generally mail order items, we can send out items to regular customers when we know what you use.
Remember, wholesale customers -- we try to stock what you use regularly so we always have it on hand for emergencies. We also can provide smaller quanities than you'd have to buy on-line, conserving your cash, and preventing you from having a large inventory of slower moving parts -- or too much of one item. We can spread orders over many customers, which means you still get a great price, you get to see exactly what you are getting, and don't have to have be your own bead shop!
We also order from a number of large vendors, wholesalers, and distributors. If you need products from their catalogs, we can often get them in for you at a lower cost, by combining with our orders or at least saving on shipping. Let us know!
