Sterling Silver Certificate (Bulk/Wholesale)

Our Bali sterling was the hit of the year! We started bringing it in last fall(2003), but during 2004 it really caught on, and we have people driving almost 400 miles EACH WAY to get it!
If you use, or plan to use, a lot of sterling (toggles, clasps, beads, pendant holders, or even wire now), you can lock in savings by purchasing your silver in advance of when you need it.
Our silver certificates work by grams. You pre-pay for a certain number of grams, and then can pick them up as you need them.
For instance, if you go through about 50 grams of silver a week, you prepay for anywhere from 100 to 1000 grams, and lock in savings over your 50 gram per purchase price.
Silver prices are rising, and we may not be able to hold the following prices for long, but once you buy 500 grams, you get 500 grams, no matter what the price goes up to.
Current prices are
$0.99/gram for 100 grams or more,
$0.95/gram for 300 grams or more,
$0.90/ gram for 600 grams or more,
$0.85/gram for 1000 grams or more.
We can offer a $0.79 cent price for purchases over 3,000 grams, but some restrictions apply. Inquire with us for quantities over 1000 grams.
You can pick up your silver, the same way you do now, in at least 10 grams per pick-up. Mix, match, or whatever all our per-gram priced sterling.
If you have a 100 certificate, for example, you can pick up your silver as you need it, based on what designs you are doing. But, you need to pick up at least 10 grams at one time. You can use all 100 grams, 15, 35, 50 or any such sort of pick ups. You have, what amounts to, a per-gram-of-silver debit account.
If you are a volume silver user, we'll keep track of any silver purchases you make over 50 grams, and when you reach 1000 grams, you'll lock in the next lower price category. So, if you have a total purchase of over 1000 grams, and come and get 10 grams of silver, you'll get the 25+ gram price. (The best price is the 1000 gram price.)
This program is phasing in during January, so ask if you are making a large silver purchase.
In case you are wondering, all money from sliver certificate purchases of 600 grams or more, goes directly into importing more silver. Smaller purchases have to be aggregated, and do not directly lead to another import order. All orders of 1000+ grams will usually have the order arrive within 8-10 days! So, prepurchasing in bulk allows us to order in more silver, more variety, and more often!
As a perk to those bulk purchasers who use a certain kind of bead, or spacer in quantity, we can order in bulk for you, and keep a certain amount on hand for emergencies. Right now, it's mostly first-come first-served, and it can be 30-60 days before new product (made to order!) is available from the Bali workers.
