Well... the tuesday class did not go off anywhere near as planned. The instructor did not show, and only two of 7 interested students showed, which -- in retrospect -- was not a bad thing.
I think we'll have to change the way registrations are handled, and I will be setting up software to do that. We can bill for MC/Visa/Discover on-line, and your class registration will be confirmed. If you do not show for a class, your fee is forfeited (as payment to the instructor, etc). If you cancel before 24 hours, your fee can be rolled over to another class.
As for no-show instructors... we will do our best to confirm and reconfirm with them, and to have a back-up instructor in case of problems.
As it is, we offered 20% off coupons to the two students who showed up (one did not come back to get it, it's waiting for you).
Hopefully, in the future, things will go much more smoothly.
