New items 2004-07-20 Can't Post

Many new items arrived yesterday:

Fancy odd pearls, MOP beads, elephant beads in Cat's Eye, Jasper, Bone and Cinnabar, Cute pigs, glass elphants and fish, new findings, new cords (including much asked for leather), and much, much more.

Leather cord has been *terrible* lately, but this new stuff seems to be a bit better. Not quite the grade from a few years back, when Tandy was still around, but better than the junk that has been available lately.

Bangles are in with the kids, and we got a nice selection of colorful sets. As well as beaded memory wire coils. Inexpensive gifts.

We have a lot of new findings in as well. Sterling silver crimp-ends that make using 1mm-3mm cords a breeze! Also, tiny crimp ends for beading wire, that can fill a niche.

We got in some very, very cute pigs, and some elephant carved beads. We have some great glass ornaments with millifiori beads and foil set into them in elephants and fish. Also a few that would make some great wire wrapped center pieces.

There is a lot of new coral shapes and sizes, but they are going fast.

We have some random cats eye nuggets that would make cool and flashy summer jewelry, great for casual or back to school (yes, sad to say, it's prep time for back to school already!)

Things we don't have out unless you ask, are some 2.5 and 3.5 mm rope sterling chains. Very nice, good quality and fair price. $2-3 a gram, but they are nice.

Also, blue coral in assorted beads, and some large focal cuts. This stuff is awesome. The rounds we got in this spring were a big hit, and we've set these aside for those who ask about them.

We have a lot of gemstone fish, turtles, moons, shapes, and such for simple stringing projects with a flair, or as center pieces for more complicated work.

We've been asked a lot recently about simple, inexpensive projects for church groups, clubs, birth days, camps, and similar events. We have many solutions and suggestions, as well as a large variety of items that are inexpensive, elegant, and not available at the local craft stores. One thing for church groups are our small gemstone fish. They are about 20-25mm and can be strung through the eye, or put on a simple finding, and strung a 1mm black cord, fishing line, or string. Crow or other glass or gemstone beads can be added to accent the fish, and the ends tied (no finding needed) into an adjustable sliding closure. Simple, pretty and great for kids -- boys and girls. It makes a simple statement, and can be completed in 20-30 minutes as a group (or 2-3 minutes 1 on 1).

Many, many other stunning Must Have items, in always limited supply, courtesy of Mother Earth. Get them while they are available!
