Hello!
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday season, and are ready to face 2005 with a smile.
It certainly hasn't seemed like a "winter" here, with all this tropical weather we are having! [knock wood] A little snow wouldn't be bad, just to let us know it _is_ winter!
Our hopes and prayers are with the Indonesian people, and our silent thanks that so far we have avoided major disaster.
Bali avoided most of disaster, but supply lines are still somewhat disrupted. On top of that, prices of silver are going up, and some of my non-Bali suppliers have raised prices 25%! The Bali prices have gone up 10% in the past few months.
We still have a good stock, and are waiting for word from our supplier on when we can restock. We are looking at putting in an 8-10 kilogram order by the end of January.
If you'd like to reserve your sterling, via our Silver Certificates, you can lock in a savings based on your quantity purchases.
Current prices are
$0.99/gram for 100 grams or more,
$0.90/ gram for 600 grams or more,
$0.85/gram for 1000 grams or more.
This is for hand-made Bali beads, of the quality you've come to know and expect. They are not machine made, or cast.
Also, while everyone is trying to woo you with "sales" (did you pay too much before Christmas??), our prices have remained level, and in some cases gone down, as we've negotiated larger purchase discounts with our suppliers!

We offer very competitive retail prices on single beads, or single strands, as well as even more competitive prices on bulk purchases. We can accommodate most designers, and provide you with a higher grade product at about the same cost you are getting "blind" from a catalog. Additionally, we can keep stock on hand, of things you use most, so that if you run out, we have it for you in a pinch (one of the biggest benefits of a relationship with your Local Bead Shop (LBS)).
Our parties are picking up, and if you are planning a birthday, or holiday theme party and need, or want to add beads to it, please get a hold of us ASAP! Slots are limited.
