I'm getting married on March 5 next year. We are just sorting our menu to give it to our catering company, they are happy to use homekill, and that's good. We are cooking a couple of sheep and a pig, my question is that we would not mind including a little venni in the menu, we are just not sure how to make them cook it, back steaks, etc.
Venison for my wedding
What could be done with the rest? There are ideas, it's a casual buffet. The number of guests is 60 people.
Getting venison should not be a problem, as our family has a farm in Wanganui, where there are many deposits.
We would be very grateful for any good ideas for cooking venny dishes.
